NEW FOR 2014

Grace Landscapes have recently purchased a Stem Injection System for the treatment and eradication of Japanese Knotweed. The decision was made to meet increasing demand for treatment of the invasive weed on both existing and new sites alike. Stem injection works by inserting a small dose of herbicide into individual canes of the Japanese Knotweed. This allows translocation of the herbicide to the roots and rhizomes giving a greater chance of success.  Not only does it give increased efficiency for the same volume of chemical but decreases the potential threat to the environment.  It also means that treatment can take place close to water and in all weather conditions as stem injection is specific to the target.

The system which was purchased from Stem Injection Systems has been successfully tried and tested over the last decade and gives Grace Landscapes the opportunity to offer a greater service by our fully qualified staff.
