Grace Landscapes Ltd based has welcomed three new directors to the board. Left to right; Nat Spencer, Jo Hardingham and John Peacock
John Peacock, Finance Director responsible for Finance and Human Resources, he has been with the company since April 2013. John has worked in finance for 20 years, with the last 10 years being in Senior Management roles within the manufacturing and construction sectors. It is his role to manage the finance department and liaise with external bodies including the Bank, Inland Revenue, Auditors, Solicitors and Companies House.
Jo Hardingham, Commercial Director joined Grace Landscapes in May 1998 as Estimator and is responsible for the PQQ, tendering and marketing aspects of the company. Having worked in the horticulture industry since completing her HND in Amenity Horticulture in 1985 at Askham Bryan College she gained experience in numerous aspects of landscaping including construction, training and ground maintenance. Jo came to Grace from a national grounds maintenance company where she was a Contract Manager and has since successfully completed an ILM NVQ level 4 in Management 2012.
Nat Spencer, Operations Director started with the company as Contract Manger in 1995 and oversees the operational side of the company, including construction contracts, Quality and Environmental systems, resource planning and work programming. Nat worked for 5 years in London before studying at Askham Bryan College gaining an HND in Amenity Horticulture. During his time at Grace Landscapes he completed the ILM NVQ level 4 in Management 2012 and NEBOSH level 3 becoming the company’s Health and Safety Officer.
